1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GeoVector.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

GeoVector.ai provides AI search visibility analytics and optimization services for brands. Our platform monitors, analyzes, and provides insights about your brand's presence across AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Google SGE, and other emerging AI search engines.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Subscription Terms

The Service is offered through various subscription plans. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle.

6. Data and Content

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of any content, data, or information you provide to the Service. You grant us a license to use, store, and process this data to provide the Service.

6.2 Platform Data

We collect and analyze publicly available data from AI platforms. This data is used to provide insights about brand visibility and competitive positioning.

6.3 Aggregated Data

We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our services, conduct research, and develop new features.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GeoVector.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Availability

9.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEOVECTOR.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeoVector.ai from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Negotiation

Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good faith negotiation between the parties.

16.2 Arbitration

If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GeoVector.ai regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Enterprise customers may have separate agreements that modify these Terms. In case of conflict, the enterprise agreement takes precedence.

22. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in, or a national of, any country subject to trade sanctions.

23. Beta Features

We may offer beta features that are experimental and subject to additional terms. Beta features are provided “as is” without warranties and may be discontinued at any time.

Use of our API is subject to additional terms and rate limits. API access may require a separate agreement for enterprise usage.
